We have extensive experience in chairing disciplinary hearings which are substantively and procedurally fair.
If the employee is found guilty we will attend to a detailed ruling.

We assist the employee to ensure that the disciplinary process is procedurally and substantively fair. We assist the employee to ensure that he/she has sufficient particulars and supporting evidence of the alleged charge so that the employee knows what case it has to meet, and to assist the employee in its preparation. Although employees are not automatically entitled to have legal representations at disciplinary hearings, we will assist you by setting out an argument that you should have legal representation.
